Organisation

The alliance management team has the overall responsibility for progress and communications. The team includes the research package leaders (RC-responsibles – Research Components) representing scientists from Aarhus University and University of Copenhagen as well as The Knowledge Centre for Agriculture. Research package leaders are also responsible for dissemination of results.
The board of directors acts as advisory steering group and provides ideas and input to the management team. The board of directors also plays an important role as communicators to different stakeholders. The board of directors includes:

1. “Project owner” – a representative ensuring the interests of the funding provider
2. “Suppliers” – research packages leaders
3. “Users” in terms of different stakeholders from local and central authorities to companies. This con-stellation ensures that different interests, desires and needs are met.

Chairman of the management team and the board of directors is Tommy Dalgaard, Department of Agroecology, Aarhus University.
