Department of Public Health (DPH), Aarhus University
Primary role in the project
Department of Publec Health participates in two projects about health effects of, respectively, air quality and water quality.
Environment, Work and Health (MiAS) working in DNMARK with the population health effects of N exposure from atmospheric discharges and drinking water contamination related to agricultural production. MiAS is based on expertise within air pollution and food products. Effect Modeling will be conducted in close collaboration with Professor Ole Hertel AU ST, Senior Researcher Birgitte Guldberg Hansen, GEUS and Professor Carsten Petersen Brøcker CIRRAU (Centre for Integrated Register-Based Research, Aarhus University). Thus we are expected to be able to analyse the health effects of human exposure to N emissions related to agricultural production.
